Every lead, with the ad that brought it.
Simple Ad Tracker collects the enquiries from your website, remembers the campaign, keyword and click that produced each one, and gives you one place to say what happened next.

Example data. Names and figures are made up.
Three steps. The first one is the only one that takes any effort.
- 1
Your agency adds one line to the website
It goes in the site's global head or footer, once. WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, custom code, it doesn't matter.<script src="…/lc.js?key=pk_…" async></script>
- 2
Enquiries arrive with their ad details attached
Every form on the site starts sending to Simple Ad Tracker. Each lead carries the source, campaign, keyword and click ID that brought the visitor, plus everything they typed. - 3
You mark what happened
Contacted, quote sent, won, lost or junk. One tap, from your phone. That's the whole job, and it is what turns ad spend into a number you can trust.
What you'll see inside
A deliberately small tool. No custom fields to configure, no workflows to design. Just leads, where they came from, and what they became.
The ad behind every enquiry
Open any lead and the full attribution sits beside the contact details: source, medium, campaign, keyword and the click ID from Google or Meta. What wasn't present is listed too, so nothing is ambiguous.

One tap to record the outcome
Six statuses, one row of buttons. Quote and sale values are optional and take a second to add. Every change is timestamped and kept in a history, which is what later lets the agency report the real return on each campaign.
What happened with this lead?
Progress notes, instead of a phone call
Your agency posts what changed and what's next, right where the results are. New campaign launched, budget moved, creative swapped. You read it when it suits you, and every note stays on the record.
Updates from your agency
All updatesRoof Repairs campaign restructured
Your agency · 2 hrs ago
Split the campaign into emergency and scheduled ad groups so urgent searches get their own budget. Cost per lead is down so far. Next: a call-only ad for after-hours searches.
Autumn gutter promo is live
Your agency · 6 days ago
Running on Meta for four weeks with the new before/after creative. First enquiries expected this week.
Results by source and campaign
The dashboard rolls leads up by where they came from and which campaign produced them, with quote and win counts alongside. Filter by the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time.

Attribution that survives the visit
Most tracking reads the ad parameters from the URL of the page the form is on. But people click an ad, browse three pages, leave, and come back two days later by typing your address. By then the parameters are gone.
Simple Ad Tracker records the parameters the first time they appear and keeps them in the visitor's browser for 90 days. Whenever they finally send a form, the original campaign and click ID come with it. Both the first visit and the most recent one are kept.

- Any form, any builder
- Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Elementor, Webflow, plain HTML. Simple Ad Tracker listens for the submit and works out which fields are the name, email, phone and message. The full submission is kept as well.
- Never in the way
- The snippet doesn't change how your forms work or where their emails go. It only listens.
Built for the agency running the ads
Simple Ad Tracker exists so an agency can prove results and improve campaigns without asking clients for spreadsheets. One install per client, one login per client, and a view across all of them for the team.
Separate by design
Each business has its own account and its own logins. A client only ever sees their own leads. Enforced in the database, not just on the screen.
Team access, scoped
Agency staff are assigned to the accounts they manage and see nothing else. Owners see everything.
Sales process, visible
How fast leads are contacted, how many get quoted, how many close. Per client, per campaign, without manual uploads.
Next: feed the platforms back
Qualified leads pushed to Google Ads, then Meta, as offline conversions keyed to the original click, with customer details hashed before they leave. In development.
Questions people ask
Does it work with my website builder?
Yes. The snippet is a single script tag and does not depend on the platform. If a site can load a script, it can run Simple Ad Tracker.
Do I have to change my forms?
No. Your forms keep working exactly as they do now, including where their notification emails go. Simple Ad Tracker listens alongside them.
What if someone comes back days later to fill in the form?
The attribution from their first visit is still in their browser, so the lead still carries the original campaign and click. It is kept for 90 days.
Who can see my leads?
You, and the agency team assigned to your account. Nobody else. Access rules live in the database itself.
Does it capture phone calls?
Not yet. Call tracking integrations are on the roadmap after the Google Ads connection.
Your leads are probably already waiting.
Sign in to see them, or create an account and your agency will connect it.
